Applying for a rental
To apply, all applicants 18+ must complete an application. We review applications based on income, rental history, and credit.
Application Fees & Deposits
The following fees and deposits are required. These help secure your application and reserve the unit upon approval.
Application Fee
$20 per applicant
$40 for co-tenants applying together
Reservation Deposit
$100 due upon approval to reserve the unit
Applied toward your move-in costs
Payment Methods
Cash or money order only

How Applications are reviewed
Applications are reviewed to ensure applicants meet our financial and rental standards.
Policies & Timeline
All applications are processed in the order they are received. Once a completed application and any required fees are submitted, our team will begin the review process.
Applicants will be notified of their status within 24–72 hours. Additional time may be required if further documentation is needed.
Approved applicants will be contacted with next steps to secure the unit, including lease signing and payment of any required deposits.
